About the Author
Kay Arthur is a four-time Gold Medallion award-winning author, member of NRB Hall of Fame, and beloved international Bible teacher. She and her husband, Jack, cofounded Precept Ministries International to teach people how to discover truth through inductive study. Precept provides teaching and training through study books, TV and radio programs, the Internet, and conferences in over 180 countries and 70 languages.
David Arthur, chief executive officer of Precept Ministries International, came to Precept after serving as vice president of Generous Giving, where he directed communications and publications. He also served several years as a pastor in the Presbyterian Church of America and Associated Reformed Presbyterian denominations. David has contributed to several Precept publications and teaches on “Precept Upon Precept” videos.
Pete De Lacy, executive vice president of published products for Precept Ministries International, is also the author of many studies in the New Inductive Study Series and a contributor to The New Inductive Study Bible and Discover the Bible for Yourself. I have been looking for a better way to study my Bible.

Clear and concise, helps to avoid "chasing rabbits'. Keeps the student on track. Great teaching aids to extract what the message truly is without guess work. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a deeper experience with God.

Excellent companion workbook for How to Study your Bible

Companion workbook to the book by the same author. It is an excellent practical treatment of the inductive Bible Study method. So much richness can be drawn from the scriptures if we know how to mine it. I've been a fan of the method since I read a Navigator's study book 30+ years ago. This up to date treatment gives ideas for how to mark various words with specific symbols to catch your eye and teaches you the Why questions you can ask that will help you go deeper. This has a companion workbook and there is now a hardcover Inductive Bible Study Bible with wide margins to keep your notes permanently. It follows the basic guidelines of Observe, Interpret and Apply. Lots of charts, worksheet and other tips. I plan to use this with my small group to teach them to go deeper in the scriptures. The workbook gives you worksheets for doing your own study using the inductive method.
This is not specific to any denomination or set of teaching.. just a way to ask questions and examine the scriptures for yourself!
