Tracie Moss is a speech pathologist and a military wife of 24 years. She is passionate about challenging women to live fully for Jesus. She lives in Southern California with her husband Kevin and daughter Emma. She also has a daughter Ashley, son-in-law John, grandson Coleman and granddaughter Gracie.� � Elizabeth Winn has been in full-time local church ministry, alongside her husband Sean, for over 20 years. She loves to encourage women to be all they can be in their role as a �follower of Christ, wife, and mother. She and Sean reside in Kansas City, KS, and have two adult children, Taylor and Elin.�

Our children are all grown now, but we have 13 grand children. I wish we had had the wisdom these authors present in this book when our children were growing up. Their advice is rock solid. Our grand children will benefit as their parents are reading the book.

Excellent resource for parents!

This book is such a great resource for young parents. It is filled with scripture references, examples, suggestions, and over-all excellent information for parents looking to make God the center of their home. I love how they write out the scriptures for the reader as they cite them and give personal examples from their own parenting. The authors provide a perfect balance of depth in their topics along with concise, no-nonsense material. There are even study questions at the end of each chapter that would make it perfect for a group study. I loved all of it - it has definitely challenged me in my parenting and home-making. I'll be sharing this book with all of my friends!

Timeless wisdom

Tracie and Elizabeth give parents practical advice, godly wisdom, and encouragement using the Word of God as they share their own life experiences. Although my children are grown I can still use the principles they share to encourage spiritual growth. Recently, I had my nephew come live with us. This book is helping me to see the importance of praying with him and asking the Lord to guide his steps and decisions. I'm learning to listen to the Holy Spirit and trust His leading. It's exciting to see positive results (answer's to prayer) as we allow the Lord to truly take His rightful place in our lives and home.
